How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery times range from 4 to 7 business days, and for some products we can deliver in less than a week. To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers, without intermediaries. This allows us to offer you very competitive prices compared to what you would find in a physical store.
What are the delivery costs?
We ship worldwide, and our shipping costs are free in mainland France from 100€ of purchase.
Who delivers my package and what are the delivery times?
Your parcel will be delivered through your local post office, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
What if there is no one at home?
Don't worry, your items will be dropped off in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, the package will be dropped off at your post office, where you can pick it up.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your details. Furthermore, as per our terms and conditions, once an order has left our warehouse, no changes can be made.
There are items missing from my order, where are they?
We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a specific product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different packages and they will arrive in different times (some will be faster, others slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent to you in one package.
How do I apply my promotional code?
Once you have done this, confirm your selection by clicking on "Checkout". The payment page will open and you can take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount. Example: There is a promotion available on the site "Buy product A, get product B for free" with the code "PROMO". I select product A and product B from a predefined selection of items. Both items are in my cart and I can click on the "Checkout" button and enter my code "PROMO" in the next step.
Is your website secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, you could even say it's 300% secure. What payment methods are available?
You can currently pay by credit card and Paypal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or cash on delivery.
